Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of experience in Learning & Development, corporate training, or instructional design. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual. Proficiency in training tools (LMS, MS Teams, Zoom, e-learning platforms). Ability to create structured training modules and assessments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

Desirable Skills and Qualifications 

Certification in L&D, Training & Facilitation, Instructional Design, or related areas (e.g., CPLP, ISTD, Train the Trainer). Experience in IT/tech sector training delivery. Knowledge of behavioral assessments, psychometrics, or coaching frameworks. Data-driven approach to measuring training effectiveness.
