Job Summary

The Wellness Counselor will play a key role in guiding clients on their wellness journey while actively promoting and upselling Miror products. This role demands a blend of customer counseling, sales acumen, and digital engagement skills to ensure customers receive the best support and awareness about Miror's offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized wellness counseling to clients, understanding their needs and recommending suitable Miror products.
• Promote and upsell Miror's wellness and therapeutic products during counseling sessions, ensuring client satisfaction and improved outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
• Actively engage with communities on Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms to promote Miror's products and services.
• Leverage technology-driven tools (CRM, social media management, webinars, virtual consultations, etc.) to connect with customers and communities effectively.
• Conduct online and offline wellness awareness sessions, product demos, and workshops.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for product promotions and customer engagement.
• Stay updated with wellness trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to provide insights for product development and strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, or related field (required).
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, or wellness advisory is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in using digital platforms (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, webinars, CRM tools).
• Passion for health, wellness, and customer care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
