Kunal Parekh High School Tours (KPT) is working on behalf of our client, Temple University – Fox School of Business to appoint a Country Manager based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
This post will be employed and managed directly by Kunal Parekh High School Tours, Temple University – Fox School of Business as well as the Global Engagement Team.
Purpose
The purpose of this role is to work in a Graduate – Masters & MBA Degree Program Student Recruitment Managerial Role in growing the existing channels but also to develop new student recruitment channels to achieve set growth targets.
The role will also focus on developing new markets and new recruitment channels within these markets to drive growth across the India Market Region within the designated region where identified in agreement with Temple University India Director, Temple University – Fox School of Business’s Main Campus Team and the Global Engagement Team.
Supervision Received: Temple University India Director, Temple University – Fox School of Business Main Campus Team and the Global Engagement Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. In conjunction with the Temple University India Director, Temple University – Fox School of Business Main Campus Team and the Global Engagement Team to achieve set enrollment targets within regional responsibility by intake.
2. Regularly Meet & Interact with Prospective Fox School of Business Graduate Students, Parents, Partner Agencies, Educational Service Providers, Colleges, Universities, Institutions, Independent Organisations, EducationUSA, US Commercial Services amongst other stakeholders to ensure their needs are consistently met for various requirements such as Program Information, Admission & Scholarship Process & Policies, I-20 Visa Requirements, On-Campus Boarding Activities such as Housing, Meal Plans, WhatsApp Student Groups amongst others in line with training received.
3. Develop, Manage and Motivate Relationships with Prospective Fox School of Business Graduate Students, Parents, Partner Agencies, Educational Service Providers, Colleges, Universities, Institutions, Independent Organisations, EducationUSA, US Commercial Services amongst other stakeholders in line with driving recruitment and brand development within regional responsibility thus ensuring our relationships and engagement with stakeholders is market leading.
4. Establish new channels to grow recruitment within the designated region
5. Contribute towards the strategic planning of the markets designated, with accountability for achievement of agreed enrolment numbers.
6. Working in Close Coordination with The Fox School of Business Director of Graduate Admissions Mr. Christopher Lind on Day-to-Day Operations of Student Recruitment Initiatives such as to ensure any progression pipelines are being maximized right from Information Exchange to Application to Enrolment Confirmation whereby providing maximum support to Prospective Fox School of Business Graduate Students year-round throughout the Admissions & Visa Process, Designing Coordinating & Executing Recruitment India Travel Plans of Visiting Fox School of Business Officials, Training on Program Information especially STEM Masters/MBA Degree Program Offerings which are Popular in the India Region, Understanding the Long-term Impact of Career Opportunities provided by the Fox School of Business, Understanding the Curriculum being offered at Fox which enables rich Student’s Development and other such Important Information Updates along with General Main Campus Information Updates.
7. Working in Close Coordination with One Single Point of Senior Leadership Contact at the Fox School of Business and One Single Point of Senior Leadership Contact at the Office of Global Engagement for a broad range of initiatives including but not limited to Student Recruitment Initiatives, Signposting Institutional Partnerships between Business Schools in India & The Fox School of Business & developing potential new partnerships when identified accordingly, Faculty & Student Exchange amongst other critical activities.
8. Developing Strong Relationships with The Fox School of Business Faculty to help identify key areas of Collaboration that enable Faculty to understand the Diverse Student Landscape of India & accordingly plan their Visits to India, which the Country Manager must fully conceptualize, coordinate and execute that will not only help with Student Recruitment Initiatives as well as Positive Student & Faculty Exchange but also have Wider Engagement & Positive Impact for the Fox School of Business and for Temple University in the long-term in a rich collectivist culture such as India.
9. The Country Manager must also work closely the Single Point of Senior Leadership Contact at the Fox School of Business and the Single Point of Senior Leadership Contact at the Office of Global Engagement for any Alumni Engagement & Networking Related Activities in India so as to identify Key Alumni from India to network & engage with them year round that will help the leverage the robust name of the Fox School of Business & Temple University in Cities across India which will enable strong relationship development in Local Communities leading to Wider Engagement & Positive Impact for the Fox School of Business and for Temple University in the long-term in a rich collectivist culture such as India.
10. Develop Fox School of Business Main Campus Team and Main Campus Global Engagement Team Recruitment Travel Initiatives that are market driven to support recruitment efforts and arrangement of schedules for arriving International Team Members that support recruitment objectives.
11. Working closely to ensure the Fox School of Business’s International Admissions, Outreach and Marketing efforts are reflective of the market needs.
12. Working closely with Partner Agencies, Educational Service Providers, Colleges, Universities, Institutions, Independent Organisations, EducationUSA, US Commercial Services amongst other stakeholders to support growth through varied recruitment channel, including but not limited to; training on academic programs and application processes, exhibition attendance and recruitment support & action plans etc.
13. Working closely with industry stakeholders to ensure there is clear visibility of activities and projects happening within the region to support the objective of developing the brand and increasing enrolments.
14. Regular competitor analysis to ensure Temple University – Fox School of Business’s program offerings, admissions & scholarship policies, remain competitive, innovative and in line with the market trends.
15. Under the general supervision of the Temple University India Director, Fox School of Business’s Main Campus Team and Global Engagement Team, ensure that all sensitive prospect and applicant data managed by the India Team complies with institutional and US data security policies and privacy laws as per contract between KPT and Temple University.
16. Other duties that are within the scope of the spirit of the job purpose, the title of the post and its grading.

· Applicant must have a Good First Degree (& Higher degree or professional management qualification if possible)
· Proven track record of successfully recruiting and operating in the International Higher Education Sector
· Experience of working with and recruiting Indian students for an Overseas Education

We’re looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead our serviced apartment and temporary housing operations in India. Based in Bengaluru, this role will focus on building and managing a high-quality supplier network, supporting relocation / mobility clients, and driving the growth of our accommodation portfolio across key Indian markets.
Key focus areas
Develop and manage serviced apartment supplier relationships (Bangalore + major Indian cities)
Oversee local supply chain performance, pricing and contracting
Support RMC and corporate client programmes in India
Act as the senior point of contact for India market strategy and operations
Provide market insight and ensure service standards meet global expectations
What we’re looking for
5–8 yrs experience in serviced apartments, corporate housing, supply chain or relocation/global mobility
Strong supplier relationship and sourcing background
Commercial and client-facing mindset
Knowledge of the Indian housing/relocation market
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
