I’m relocating to Chennai with my children for an 18-month adventure to build my startup, and I’m looking for a creative, highly organized, and proactive assistant to join me on this journey.

This role combines executive and personal assistant responsibilities with creative storytelling and social media management . You will help manage my daily schedule, logistics, and operations while also capturing, editing, and posting authentic content that documents this experience of life, leadership, and entrepreneurship in India.

It’s a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys both structure and creativity.

• Manage daily schedules, travel plans, errands, and personal coordination
• Support logistics related to school, family activities, and work events
• Capture short-form videos and photos for social media (Reels, Stories, posts)
• Edit and design engaging social content (using CapCut, InShot, or Canva/Adobe)
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate posting schedule
• Write captions, identify trends, and track basic performance metrics
• Organize digital files, content libraries, and project documentation
• Liaise with partners, vendors, or team members for both work and personal needs
  

• Based in Chennai and available for in-person work several times a week
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Proactive, dependable, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken English)
• Skilled in video editing and social media tools
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital content, scheduling tools, and shared drives
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist with both professional and family-related tasks
  

• Experience managing social media for a brand or individual
• Background in communications, design, or digital marketing
• Understanding of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and cultural context
• Prior experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or executive
