Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the SPOC for assigned weddings — managing clients, expectations, and timelines
  • Conduct discovery calls with inbound leads, build rapport, and close bookings
  • Create proposals and ensure follow-ups are timely and professional
  • Lead on-floor execution → posing, styling, interviews, story arcs, ensuring nothing is missed
  • Work with planners, vendors, and venues to keep shoots smooth & timely
  • Lock freelancers, prep call sheets, manage backups & trackers
  • Guide editors → align films/photos with story & studio aesthetic
  • Manage client feedback cycles & ensure timely delivery
  • Contribute to moodboards, teaser/trailer ideas, and Insta campaigns
Qualifications & Skills
  • 2–5 years of experience in content, media, luxury events, or client servicing with creative sensibility
  • Prior experience in handling inbound leads, client meetings, or proposal creation
  • Strong storytelling + visual instinct (films, photos, aesthetics)
  • Excellent communicator — clients & teams take you seriously
  • Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for trackers, schedules & reporting
  • Proactive, self-driven, highly organized — should not require repeated follow-ups
  • Street-smart, emotionally intelligent, calm under pressure
  • Must have a valid passport & be open to travel
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Key job responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Drive technical vision and architecture for Prime Video's localization and accessibility platforms
- Lead development of AI/ML-powered content processing systems at global scale
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions balancing cost, scalability, and maintenance
- Design and implement robust monitoring and quality control systems
People Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing engineering team
- Drive hiring, career development, and foster an inclusive team culture
- Manage team resources and delivery commitments
- Champion Amazon's Leadership Principles
Innovation & Execution
- Oversee development of automated solutions for content localization and accessibility
- Lead integration of GenAI technologies into production workflows
- Partner with Product and Business teams to define and execute strategy
- Drive continuous improvement in processing efficiency and quality
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of engineering experience
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, certification, and livesite operations
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership to collect requirements, describe software product features, technical designs, and product strategy
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring/coaching and managing teams of Software Engineers to improve their skills, and make them more effective, product software engineers
