They develop and manage high performing teams with clear goals to ensure team success, and partner closely with onshore teams, sales, account management and design leadership to deliver results that matter to customers. Managers in this team have direct accountability for continuously improving customer satisfaction and efficiency of our teams.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop business and team strategy for advertiser growth
* Develop offshoring program roadmap and strategy
* Build and manage high-performing teams while helping them ramp-up on offshoring assignments

Basic Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience directly managing teams helping them drive greater process efficiencies
* 3+ years in a strategic client services role working with Fortune 100 brands
* Understanding of digital creative production, ad serving, cross-channel attribution, and media analytics
* Proven track record of creating processes and improving tools that have measurably improved productivity, quality, or advertiser experience
* Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional teams
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in managing digital advertising professionals, such as Campaign Managers, Creative Project Managers, or Account Managers is a positive

This role demands a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on design expertise across digital, outdoor, print, and other mediums. The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio of large-scale, high-impact campaigns, a deep understanding of audience-centric design, and the ability to build and inspire a high-performing creative team.

Language & Cultural Requirement:

The candidate must have a strong understanding of Punjabi language, culture, and local nuances to ensure creative work resonates with the regional audience. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential for effective collaboration and communication. Knowledge of written Punjabi is not mandatory, but would be an advantage.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Strategy & Direction

  • Drive design simplicity and develop replicable templates for regional adaptation.
  • Participate in brand strategy discussions and brainstorms to shape creative vision.
  • Lead conceptualization and execution of design programs aligned with business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Define and maintain brand design direction while ensuring adherence to quality and brand guidelines.
  • Ensure designs enhance message adoption and audience engagement across mediums.


Campaign Development

  • Oversee creative delivery, guidelines and processes for digital, outdoor, print, and integrated campaigns.
  • Manage the development of large-scale mass campaigns with a strong visual and cultural impact.
  • Leverage Adobe Creative Suite and CorelDRAW expertise to produce high-quality design templates.


Account & Client Management

  • Understand and implement brand-specific design strategies.
  • Represent the creative vision in client meetings and communications.
  • Collaborate with social media, development, and content teams to align creative execution.
  • Gather client feedback and proactively address quality or strategic adjustments.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, mentor, and motivate a capable and independent creative team.
  • Drive innovation, skill development, and collaborative processes within the team.
  • Plan, prioritise, and track team projects to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training to ensure high-caliber talent.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and work closely with HR to support team growth.


Operational Excellence

  • Maintain high standards of inter-department coordination to avoid misalignment.
  • Ensure timely delivery and resource optimisation without compromising quality.
  • Identify training needs and implement employee development activities.
