* Safety and Emergency Procedures (SEP): Aircraft familiarization, firefighting, evacuation, door operation, first aid, and handling medical emergencies.

* Customer Service Excellence: Service etiquette, meal/beverage service, cultural competence, and conflict resolution.
* Crew Resource Management (CRM): Teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Aviation Regulations and Documentation.
* Administer and grade theoretical and practical examinations and assessments to certify trainee competency.
Mentorship and Coaching:
* Act as a mentor and role model, promoting a positive, professional, and safety-focused culture among trainees.
* Provide constructive feedback and remedial training to trainees requiring additional support to meet performance standards.
* Monitor and evaluate trainee progress throughout the course, documenting performance meticulously.
Operational & Administrative:

Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of flying experience as an active Cabin Crew member with a commercial airline.
* Prior experience as a certified Cabin Crew Trainer/Instructor is highly preferred.
* A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
* Must possess relevant certifications (e.g., SEP Instructor, CRM Facilitator) or the ability to obtain them quickly.

The FPSO Crew Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end management of offshore personnel logistics, crew rotations, travel planning, and compliance tracking for the FPSO asset. This role ensures seamless mobilization and demobilization of crew members while adhering to safety, certification, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Crew Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain crew rotation schedules in coordination with OIM, Department Heads (Production, Marine, Maintenance, HSE).
- Monitor manning levels onboard to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate back-to-back arrangements, leave planning, and emergency replacements.
Logistics & Mobilization
- Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for offshore crew, including boat transfers.
- Coordinate with aviation / marine logistics teams and ensure timely POB (Personnel on Board) updates.
- Prepare and maintain crew movement manifests and boarding clearances.
Certification & Compliance Management
- Track and validate crew medicals (OGUK), BOSIET/HUET, STCW, passport/visa, and other mandatory certifications.
- Maintain crew competency matrix and ensure only authorized personnel are mobilized.
Coordination & Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact between offshore team, HR, vendors, agencies, and contractors.
