- Develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with stakeholders and team members.

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Automation Team Lead to oversee and guide the India team in Lead Management, Email, Platform, Campaign Operations, and Project Management, with a strong focus on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the team's expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while collaborating closely with our US-based team to ensure alignment in team performance and skills as we introduce and refine features, processes, and capabilities.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to comprehend and optimize our custom processes, features, and capabilities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15-20 members, enhancing their skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing support and training to team members, addressing questions and facilitating their professional development.
- Oversee and support the lead evaluation process, ensuring the team efficiently qualifies and distributes marketing leads to the business in a timely manner, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with onshore marketing automation leaders to analyze business requirements and devise effective solutions within Marketing Cloud.
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members adhere to Key Result Areas (KRAs) and adjust roles as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Preferred: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement Certifications.

We are a CRM & retention marketing agency, serving clients across multiple geographies. We specialize in lifecycle marketing, automation, segmentation, campaigns, and increasing customer lifetime value. We are looking for an associate who worked with an agency serving e-commerce clients in USA / Europe / MEA using Klaviyo, who can hit the ground running, with minimal supervision, working remotely.
As a Klaviyo CRM Marketing Associate, you will work within our delivery team to plan, execute and optimize email and SMS campaigns, automated flows, segmentation, and lifecycle strategies for e-commerce clients. You will report to a senior specialist/account manager. You'll support strategy, execution, reporting, and client communication as you grow in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, schedule, and manage campaigns (emails & SMS) for clients using Klaviyo.
- Set up and maintain automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.).
- Create and optimize audience segments based on behavior, event data, purchase history, etc.
- Ensure email content (copy/design) aligns with brand tone; coordinate with content/design teams.
- Assist with list hygiene tasks: suppression, bounce/spam monitoring, removing inactive users.
- Analyze campaign & flow performance; prepare reports and insights for clients; suggest optimizations.
- Perform A/B tests (subject lines, send times, content elements) and iterate based on results.
- Maintain deliverability best practices (authentication, domain setup, etc.).
- Help support client calls/updates, by preparing materials and following up action items.
- Prepare and follow SOPs and checklists.
- Should be open to learning and using another CRM platform to support any client, in addition to working with Klaviyo.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience specifically working with Klaviyo, in an agency environment serving e-commerce clients in USA / Europe / MEA.
- Proficiency in planning and executing email & SMS campaigns, automated flows, and segmentation in Klaviyo.
- Good copywriting skills for email (ability to write or refine copy to match brand voice).
- Basic understanding of design/layout for emails (responsive design, mobile-friendly, template editing).
- Good analytical skills: able to review metrics (open rates, click-throughs, revenue attribution, bounce/spam rates) and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), since you'll coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work remotely, manage time and deliverables independently.
- Familiarity with privacy/compliance rules (GDPR, CAN-SPAM etc.) is a plus.
- Good with Excel and Google Sheets
