The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth. They will leverage their Analytical expertise to provide insightful and actionable analytics to improve marketing campaign performance and inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels (email, whatsapp, sms, website, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and revenue growth.
- Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, customer behavior and other key business metrics.
- Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and drive business outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales and customer support, to align marketing campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including campaign performance, customer engagement, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation and Analytics.
Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field
- 1+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a D2C environment
- Demonstrated proficiency with marketing automation platforms such as Contlo, Hubspot, Clevertap, MoEngage, LimeChat, Wati, GupShup or WebEngage
- Strong experience in analytics, including the ability to create reports, dashboards, and KPIs
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and web optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions
