- Conduct periodic reviews to refine the narrative strategy based on insights and market feedback.
- Strengthen the link between storytelling, brand perception, and measurable business outcomes.

- Lead a small, high-performing team of storytellers and content strategists, supported by agencies and creative partners.
- Foster collaboration across global marketing, product, delivery, and communications teams to maintain narrative alignment.
- Champion a culture of authentic, insight-driven storytelling across the organization
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Business; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in thought leadership, strategic communications, or brand storytelling, ideally within a technology, consulting, or enterprise B2B environment.
- Proven experience crafting and executing insight-driven narratives that enhance brand reputation and market differentiation.
- Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in managing high-impact content programs, research partnerships, or analyst relations.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills in a global, matrixed environment.
- Comfortable working with senior leaders while driving hands-on execution.
- Experience leading large-scale thought leadership campaigns or insight-driven research.
- Familiarity with enterprise technology ecosystems and partner marketing.
- Background in executive communications, brand journalism, or strategic PR.
- Strong understanding of content distribution, analytics, and amplification best practices.
- Experience managing agencies and creative storytelling partners.
