**About the role**
As a Project Management Analyst, Marketing you will operate at the intersection of your team and the business. At the core you are expected to drive project execution at category level or deliver to business objectives working alongside with your team. + Review & analyze campaign requirements, setup campaign/creative briefing forum, facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions
+ Monitor & control the transition of campaign creatives / projects in each milestone

+ Contribute to various phases of end-to-end process as operations expert
+ Create launch reports & facilitate launch readiness
+ Create & maintain documentation, prepare & share status reports / dashboards to appropriate stakeholders at set intervals
+ Maintain deep digital expertise in assigned businesses/categories
**About you:**
+ Graduate in any discipline (preferably Communication Management) or equivalent
+ 5+ years total experience with at least 3+ years as Digital Brand Manager in Retail/Fashion/FMCG brands OR as Creative Project Manager / Account Executive / Client Servicing in the Mainline/ Digital Advertising industry
+ Ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time
+ Exposure to multichannel marketing creative & communication
+ Exceptional communication skills across all settings, ability to tailor message as appropriate

**Introduction**
Applied Materials is the leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. The **NPI MPM** is responsible for sourcing of newly designed products, setting up strategies for cost reduction, supply continuity and sourcing decisions.
**Primary Responsibility**
+ Responsible for initiating and managing RFQ, lead time, should cost (Cost estimation) request assigned by internal stakeholders.
+ Able to utilize existing supplier matrix for quoting, negotiate and award business to supplier.
+ Drive dual sourcing to ensure supply continuity, understand long-lead drivers and develop lead time mitigation strategies.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies/ plans for NPI/ Pilot projects.
+ Responsible for supplier part qualification per inspection requirements for components identified as critical parts.
+ Ability to understand multi-level BOM, read drawings, special process/ specifications and communicate with suppliers.
+ Identify make vs. buy opportunities and drive alignment/decision with key stakeholders

**Qualification & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronics) with minimum of 6 years of experience into sourcing, program management and supplier management.
+ Must have Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics commodity experience
**Job Specific skills/Knowledge (Mandatory)**

Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the Online Producer is to ensure a good understanding Project coordination, stakeholder communication, execution of ecommerce creative assets and experiences supporting all online channels. He/she will additionally execute high priority and/or confidential tasks. He/she will assist, and provide guidance to online producers on the team as well as maintain operational best practices for the team. They ensure complex Site operations executions are consistently executed according to defined processes, while continuously improving these processes to drive efficiency and elimination of execution errors. He/she will draw on operations experience, managing workflow across the entire team, while managing priorities against customer and associate impact to deliver results, often under extreme deadlines. This role is key to delivering the Site Operations requests from Digital Commerce, Marketing and other core partners across the Lowe's enterprise.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the project planning, and execution of workflow with multiple business and technology stakeholders ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Involved with new process improvements and implementation.
  • Responsible for project completion on a daily basis and ensuring/understating on time every time error free execution.
  • Work closely with design, operations, tech & various other teams to ensure seamless integration of initiative across all channels.
  • Maintains best practices for execution and trains producers team to execute efficiently.
  • Involved in issue resolution; and partners with additional support teams when issue resolution requires system deep dive.
  • Knowledge in dashboard/Jira & responsible for maintaing a flawless execution.
  • Ensure CMS libraries, toolkits and components are active, functional and optimized.
  • Involved in participating in releases (overnight) to support assigned product
  • Execution of pricing changes, marketing banners and updates, product and promotion configuration modifications, and special catalog and taxonomy changes on the various Lowe's online properties (i.e. lowes.com, iOS apps, Android Apps).
  • Works closely with other Site Operations teams, UX, Creative and Digital Commerce to ensure all projects are executed accurately and on-time.
  • Executes business tools set enhancement recommendations and suggests operational process improvement solutions.


Years of Experience:

  • 2-4 years of retail or online experience
  • Relevant Work experience in handling project


Skill Set Required

  • Ecommerce, online/omnichannel retail experience
  • Project Management or workflow management tools like Workfront or Jira
  • Demonstrated delivery of business results
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and dynamic environment
  • Strong execution skills and able to drive operational excellence
  • Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills enabling presentation of concepts and ideas · Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • A positive attitude and extreme attention to detail
