Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate with various parties involved in the project.
- Adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in project management, successfully leading complex projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional teams and diverse project portfolios.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Asana, Jira, or similar.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong risk assessment and mitigation capabilities.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.

Create, curate, and edit captivating and informative content across multiple platforms, catering to diverse audiences and mediums, including blogs, articles, social media, and newsletters.
Conduct thorough research to gather accurate and relevant information, ensuring the quality of the content.
Monitor and analyze the performance of published content, using analytics tools to optimize and enhance future content strategies.
Some task examples include content writing for blogs, overseeing Moodle management, contributing to website development, collaborating closely with others to ensure a comprehensive Wiki entry for AIPMO, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure effective promotion of AIPMO content.
Requirements Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and processes is must . Degree in Project management, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field Demonstrated interest in writing, with a willingness to learn and contribute to various projects.
