Position Purpose: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will provide outstanding service acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding products and services related to client programs. Associates will provide callers with thorough service that builds relationships, resolves issues, and increases overall trust and satisfaction in client’s products and services. Job Requirements: • Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services listed above • Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements • Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics • Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers • Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required • Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience in customer service required ideally, in the health care industry, degree or appropriate education may be substituted for experience • Stable work history • Professional appearance • Strong detail orientation and excellent communication/listening skills • Ability to pass all skill assessments including demonstrated experience with Microsoft applications • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers especially senior citizens • Strong decision making and analytical abilities • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays and occasional overtime • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM • Be a team player

**Responsibilities**
+ To prepare detailed designs and its calculations.
+ Undertaking concept design, feasibility studies, and detailed design as required.
+ Responsible for leading technicians / BIM Modellers in developing level crossing ground plans, cable trough management systems, designing lineside structures and associated deliverables.
+ Manage the integration and coordination of CSR Systems with other rail disciplines.
+ To undertake design with minimal rework, maintaining and monitoring budget & programme for projects undertaken.
+ Extensive design knowledge in Network Rail infrastructure/AU Transportation and Knowledge of Network Rail procedures/standards.
+ Review and monitor the production of drawings to maintain quality and accuracy.
**Qualifications (background, skills and experience):**
+ Bachelor's Degree Civil / Masters in Structural Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
+ 4+ years' experience in Rail infrastructure
+ Current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities (e.g. VLine, Network Rail, MTM etc).
+ Ability to build strong working relationships.

Position Overview

The CSR Executive plays a vital role in developing and maintaining partnerships with corporates and institutions to support the NGO’s mission through strategic CSR collaborations. The role involves proposal writing, project planning, donor communication, reporting, and impact measurement, ensuring alignment with both the organization's and the partner's goals.



Key Responsibilities


1. Corporate Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with corporate donors and CSR teams.
  • Develop customized proposals aligning with corporate CSR objectives.
  • Organize and attend meetings with prospective and existing partners to pitch projects and strengthen engagement.

2. Proposal Development & Reporting

  • Prepare impactful proposals, concept notes, budgets, and grant applications.
  • Draft and submit timely narrative and financial reports as per donor requirements.
  • Document success stories, case studies, and impact assessments for stakeholders.

3. Project Coordination

  • Liaise with internal program and field teams to develop project frameworks suited to CSR partnerships.
  • Support the implementation of CSR-funded initiatives and ensure compliance with agreed deliverables and timelines.
  • Monitor progress and help troubleshoot issues in coordination with program teams.

4. Events & CSR Campaigns

  • Plan and organize corporate volunteering events, donor visits, and awareness campaigns.
  • Represent the NGO at CSR-related conferences, expos, and networking events.

5. Documentation & Database Management

  • Maintain a detailed database of all CSR contacts, communications, and proposals.
  • Track CSR regulations and compliance updates from regulatory bodies (e.g., Companies Act in India).
  • Stay informed about trends and innovations in the CSR and nonprofit ecosystem.



Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in CSR, fundraising, partnerships, or program management—preferably in an NGO or corporate CSR setting.
  • Strong understanding of CSR laws and guidelines, especially (local country-specific CSR laws).
  • Proven ability in proposal writing, donor engagement, and impact reporting.



Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM or donor management tools is a plus.

Work Environment
