The role would encompass the Amazon India employee volunteering/donation strategy, design and implementation of creative opportunities for employees to meaningfully engage with their communities and analyzing insights and data to create better experiences. This could be through volunteering or suitable donation programs and campaigns to ensure rapid scaling of employee-led community engagement activities - at both national and local levels. You will work with NGOs and other third-party organizations to improve opportunities and experiences for employees to volunteer and donate. This will require new approaches and the creation of mechanisms which can scale the impact of employee-led philanthropy products and services.
The right candidate will bring strong product and program management expertise. They may have experience launching large-scale volunteer campaigns and establishing employee networks. - Ideate, develop, deliver and iterate Amazon India employee volunteering activities in line with our current strategic philanthropic priorities

**Responsibilities**
+ To Check & Review detailed designs and its calculations.
+ Undertaking concept design, feasibility studies, and detailed design as required.
+ Responsible for leading technicians / BIM Modellers in developing level crossing ground plans, cable trough management systems, designing lineside structures and associated deliverables.
+ Manage the integration and coordination of CSR Systems with other rail disciplines.
+ To undertake design with minimal rework, maintaining and monitoring budget & programme for projects undertaken.
+ Extensive design knowledge in Network Rail infrastructure/AU Transportation and Knowledge of Network Rail procedures/standards.
+ Review and monitor the production of drawings to maintain quality and accuracy.
**Qualifications (background, skills and experience):**
+ Bachelor's Degree Civil / Masters in Structural Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
+ 8+ years' experience in Rail infrastructure
+ Current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities (e.g. VLine, Network Rail, MTM etc).
+ Ability to build strong working relationships.
+ Ability to work well in a team environment as well as being a self-starter able to work unsupervised.
+ Deep understanding of CSR systems and their role in rail operations.

Job Overview:

Seeking a self-driven Manager - CSR to lead and manage CSR initiatives in Delhi/NCR, oversee activities and admin functions, and travel to camp locations as required.


Key Responsibilities:

CSR Program Coordination & Execution:

Lead and manage the execution of CSR projects and health initiatives in the assigned state. Support senior leadership in planning, implementing, and monitoring programs aligned with the company's CSR strategy.

Assist the Finance Head, Company Secretary, HR, and Admin in building relationships with NGOs, community groups, and key stakeholders to support CSR goals. Represent the Trust in coordination meetings at district and state levels.

Support with planning and executing CSR events and activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-the-ground coordination.

Support the documentation and preparation of program and grant proposals, ensuring accuracy and clarity. Monitor project progress, collect data, and compile detailed reports highlighting the impact and outcomes of CSR initiatives.

Assist in engaging internal and external team through regular communications and required capacity building and work co-ordination.

Develop and refine metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.

Coordinating internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.

Draft proposals, emails, letters, presentations, and other documentation, as required

Monitor and maintain budgets for CSR activities; assist with expense tracking and invoice processing.

Provide inputs to the CSR team for strategic planning and new project proposals.


Qualifications and Experience:

Education: Masters degree in Public Health / Graduate from a recognized institution

Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in public health, government program implementation, or CSR health project management in a large corporate or NGO setup. Prior experience in liaising with government health departments or working in rural health interventions is preferred.
