About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned and visionary
UI Manager
to lead our front-end development team in crafting intuitive, high-performance user interfaces. This role demands deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks—particularly
Angular
and
ReactJS
—along with strong leadership and architectural skills to drive scalable UI solutions across enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of UI developers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- Architect and implement responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions using Angular and ReactJS
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Define UI coding standards, best practices, and review processes
- Drive performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and cross-browser compatibility
- Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging technologies for continuous improvement
- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in front-end development, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Expert-level proficiency in
Angular
(v8+) and
ReactJS
, with hands-on experience in large-scale applications - Strong understanding of
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
, and modern build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.) - Experience with
state management libraries
(e.g., Redux, NgRx) - Familiarity with RESTful APIs, micro frontends, and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record of leading UI teams and delivering high-quality products
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
