What You’ll Do
As an Intern, you’ll contribute by:
- Digitizing : Transforming historical records and media into digital formats.
- Cataloging : Creating an organized system for easy access and preservation.
- Numbering & Labeling : Assigning identifiers to ensure precision in record-keeping.
- Preservation : Assisting in maintaining the physical integrity of invaluable artifacts.
- Language Editing: Listening to audio and video content and editing Google LLM transliterations in both Hindi and English .

Aceolution is seeking a talented Country Coordinator/Program Coordinator with strong skills in partner and project management. This is a remote position, open to candidates based in India.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. ART & CULTURE Partner Content Coordination (Acquisition, Curation and Publication)
The core mission of the Country Coordinator is to support ART & CULTURE Partners in the management of their content on Client Arts & Culture program.
Tasks include:
● Providing each partner with individual access to the Content Management System, ensuring their profile is correctly set up for them to autonomously manage their collection on Client Arts & Culture via their Dashboard and available Help articles.
● Answering questions and checking on ART & CULTURE Partners to guide them through the standard partner lifecycle which consists of:
● The ingestion phase (or Item Management): upload of their collection (images, audio, 3D models, etc) and related metadata following the platform minimal requirements and standards for quality and accuracy.
● The curation phase (or Exhibit Curation): creation of online stories with the online story editor, using our editorial best practices and guidelines
● The publication phase (or Publishing Options): presenting publication, embed, and content amplification options.
● Note that ART & CULTURE Partners should be encouraged to repeat this lifecycle as many times as desired to publish new content.
●Troubleshooting any error/issue preventing ART & CULTURE Partners from using the platform with the help of existing FAQs and reporting bugs to the engineering teams, in a timely manner.
● Ongoing communication of progress and project status and potential escalation to the Supplier Point of Contact in a timely manner (“SPOC” -Contractor personnel in charge of managing Supplier Resources).
●Optional based on partners need: working with Operations Teams to coordinate all operations to digitize the partner collection.
2. Partner Content Amplification:
The second mission of the Country Coordinator is to support ART & CULTURE Partners in the amplification of their content on the day of its publication and/or on later occasions detected by the partner or Client’s team.
Tasks include:
● Conducting content audits, writing content overviews or any other content-related documentation needed for editorial, content, marketing, press or other purposes in the context of amplifying ART & CULTURE Partners Content visibility.
● Support the organization and logistics of physical events when such format is required for the promotion of ART & CULTURE Partners Content.
● Drive Projects forward with seamless planning and execution, including anticipating roadblocks, resolving issues, managing stakeholders and evolving plans as required.
● This mission can involve travel to a ART & CULTURE Partner’s or an event’s location.
3. Prospects coordination:
The third mission of the Country Coordinator is to grow the number of ART & CULTURE Partners and related content via new Prospects.
Tasks include:
● Presenting Client Arts & Culture offer to prospects interested in becoming a ART & CULTURE Partners, outlining the terms and conditions to join, the digitization tools and the content management system available to bring their collection online on Client Arts & Culture and manage their own individual Collection Page on the platform
●Execute track all tasks related to the Prospect Management service, including:
● Process incoming requests to join the platform and reply in a timely manner.
● Conduct outreach to new prospects based on the team needs.
● Using and keeping up-to-date Presentation materials (template emails and presentation)
● Using and keeping up-to-date Coordination, Tracking and Reporting tools.
● Request approvals from designated Program Managers
●Occasionally, this mission can involve travel to a prospect’s location

About the Project
This is a unique opportunity to participate in the curation and presentation of a private heritage restoration project involving a colonial-era house built in 1914 in Mussoorie. The house has been meticulously restored over the past two years, alongside the acquisition and restoration of over 50 pieces of antique furniture and various 19th–20th century decorative arts, including stoneware, engravings, and lithographs. The journey has been documented through thousands of photographs and videos.
The project is now transitioning into the exhibition & presentation phase, which will showcase the restoration journey and the curated collection through a thoughtfully designed public display in Delhi.
Role: Photography & Heritage Documentation Specialist
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented candidate with a flair for visual design, presentation & storytelling and an academic or professional background in either museology, architecture or heritage conservation with photography skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation & Photo Cataloging
Ø Create high-quality 'post restoration' photographs of antique furniture and collectibles for exhibition and archival purposes.
Ø Curate before-and-after visuals using available photo archives
- Research & Content Development
Ø Conduct research to develop concise and engaging descriptions for each furniture piece and antique object.
Ø Prepare interpretive labels, captions, and wall texts for display.
Ø Draft scripts for looped video presentations chronicling the restoration journey of both the house and furniture.
- Exhibition Planning & Presentation
Ø Design the layout and narrative flow of the exhibition.
Ø Create visual presentation decks for potential sponsors, curators, and collaborators
Ø Prepare a comprehensive presentation booklet or catalog narrating the full story of the project
Desired Skills & Qualifications
· Strong writing skills, with an ability to distill research into accessible and engaging copy
· Keen eye for photography and familiarity with basic image editing (Photoshop/ Lightroom preferred)
· Experience or interest in curating or designing exhibitions
· Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
· Passion for heritage, craftsmanship, and storytelling
