- Manage the end to end curriculum life cycle management - design, develop, deliver & evaluate
- Assist in designing and documenting the child centric curriculum that provokes higher order thinking in children. Use a variety of activities and instructional methods (songs, stories, media, structured games, art, outdoor activities etc) to motivate and stimulate children’s abilities
- Partner with educators/teachers to train, handhold, evaluate and update the content
- Track syllabus progress: ensure that any problems are addressed, escalated when needed and resolved quickly
- Conducting timely child's observations to gauge the effectiveness of curriculums & progress and preparing teachers for PTM
- Collaborating with other writers, graphic designers, and web designers to create new learning resources
- Work collaboratively across functional areas to manage and coordinate new program launches
