Role: Lead Software Engineer - Adobe Analytics & Customer Journey Analytics
Description:
Indegene is seeking a highly talented Lead Engineer – Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch. The team member will be responsible for driving cross-channel analytics platform implementation and maintenance, including setup, configuration, and integration. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and play an integral role in helping Indegene deliver on its goal - to provide flawless execution, every time.
You will be responsible for:
• Drive development and implementation of approved Solution Designs for Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch
• Design and implement data connections from multiple sources into Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch
• Create and maintain data schemas, datasets, and connections within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Launch
• Build and optimize Customer Journey Analytics workspaces, data views, and calculated metrics
• Validate/QA data collection and configuration; conduct periodic audits and troubleshoot implementations
• Support analyst preparation of measurement plans; collaborate to refine requirements
• Collaborate with engineering team and strategy managers to optimize implementations based on client needs
• Provide strategic guidance on technology implementations and support new business with project estimates
• Integrate CJA and Adobe Launch with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions as needed
• Develop governance frameworks for CJA implementation and ensure compliance
• Other technical projects as assigned by Engineering Manager and Account Manager
Desired Profile:
• Must have experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch, JavaScript programming and knowledge of HTML, CSS
• A minimum of 6 years of experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch is required; Adobe Customer Journey Analytics experience strongly preferred
• Solid hands-on Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch implementation experience (minimum of 2 years); Adobe certifications are must
• Expertise working with cross-channel data, developing data schemas, and preparing data models
• Proficiency in designing and implementing data connections within Adobe Launch and CJA
• Experience implementing and integrating other Adobe solutions such as Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or Adobe Real-Time CDP is a plus
• Experience working with Analysis Workspace, Calculated Metrics, and Customer Journey Analytics workspaces
• Experience with data governance, privacy compliance, and data quality management
• Understanding of databases, SQL, and data modeling principles
• Experience with ETL processes and data transformation techniques
• Must have experience with analytics quality assurance and technical testing methods
• Should thrive in a deadline-driven environment, contributing to multiple projects at a time
• Partnering and collaboration attitude is a must
• Will need to be available for occasional travel on-site to client locations
Education and Experience:
• Technical background (B. Tech/BE, M.Tech, Dual Degree) or background in Digital Marketing
• More than 8 years of relevant experience
