About the Role
As a Customer Care Executive at S.K. Translines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role is to provide accurate information, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience. You will also support operational teams by coordinating with clients and ensuring timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from customers.
- Provide information about shipments, delivery schedules, and company services.
- Register customer complaints/issues and ensure quick resolution.
- Coordinate with operations, accounts, and logistics teams for updates.
- Maintain daily call logs, feedback, and issue tracking in company records.
- Build positive customer relationships with polite and professional communication.
- Follow up with customers until their issue/query is fully resolved.
- Assist in customer retention by ensuring satisfaction and timely support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and basic English.
- Good telephone etiquette and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / WhatsApp / Email handling.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in logistics, transport, or customer service will be an advantage.
