As a
**Client Solution Consultant** you will ensure timely and accurate configuration of the payroll-related items through quality assurance, testing within multiple payroll platforms. **ROLE IN TERMS OF TASKS**:
- Your main task will be to ensure delivery of excellent service through:
- Resolving client queries, issues and requests to client satisfaction within agreed service levels
- Identifying and implementing service, process and product improvements
- Managing client expectations with regard to case resolution timescales
- Certify all output provided to the client
- Accurate and timely payroll delivery
**Others**:
- Contributing to root cause analysis and implementing solutions to prevent reoccurrence of client queries, issues and requests
- Actively manage own knowledge and skills to meet task productivity and quality standards in addition to sharing with the rest of the client support team.
- Input & check the payroll output for accuracy and to meet legislative requirements
- Maintain knowledge of current ADP products and services and current statutory legislation
- Review and analysis Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and create management action plans, as appropriate
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a bureau environment (HR department or CDL)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Good Knowledge of English (mandatory)
- Payroll experience
- Experience of working with a CRM tool
- Good communicator both verbally and writing
- Good qualities in managing Client Relationship
- Organized and methodical
- Target driven, self-motivated and a good learner

Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Sonepat, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
+ Preparing Proforma invoice through SAP to collect the customer advance payment.
+ Manually load the order in SAP by using the data provided by customer and working with plant for PO production.
+ Tracking stock status in SAP on daily bases.
+ Follow up the order status with factory manager for the quick delivery of the products.
+ Provide Order status to customer and coordinating with freight forwarder for the shipment.
+ Prepare delivery notes for invoicing.
+ Follow up with forwarder for ETA, VESSEL, and BOL details for the shipment.
+ Update Open Order Report, Order intake Report on time.
+ Instruct sales team to plan new orders based as per current inventory.
+ Handle Customers and salespersons claims and queries
+ Proven experience in customer service or a related field
+ High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
+ Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
+ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
+ Patient and empathetic approach to handling customer concerns
+ Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when required
+ Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and work schedules
