The Trade Compliance Supervisor position for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics plays a critical role in ensuring the company's trade compliance practices are conducted in accordance with the rules and regulatory requirements of Customs authorities and other applicable governmental agencies. This role is critical to ensure our products meet origin qualification requirements for global trade, helping the company access cost-saving programs and comply with complex international regulations.

The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Experience in trade compliance - Minimum 4 years of experience in trade compliance, with focus on origin determination, FTA qualification, or related activities.
+ Leadership experience - At least 2 years of experience directly managing or supervising staff.

+ The Global Customs & Trade Compliance analyst is responsible for supporting BMS Customs & Trade coordination, management and data generation for locations where BMS imports and exports.
