**About the team:**
The cybersecurity team is responsible for the following activities:
Cybersecurity design and requirements for new products and new versions of existing products Threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessment of products Regulatory submissions for cybersecurity Vulnerability management including generating software bill of materials, vulnerability intake and disposition (signal sources: internal and external testing, CVEs), and risk assessment to products. Quality management for cybersecurity Cybersecurity risk assessment for manufacturing and development of products Incident response for products and non-products
**Main Responsibilities / What will you do?**
+ Ensure that risks to patient safety and privacy are acceptable by assessing, analyzing, dispositioning, and risk-managing product and non-product vulnerabilities.
+ Read/understand/analyze the latest vulnerabilities as they are manifested diverse platforms---Android, iOS, cloud infrastructure, BLE (our products run on multiple platforms)
+ Be accountable for meeting vulnerability disposition and analysis metrics
+ Parse cybersecurity testing results for product teams.

**Your experience/ What will you bring?**
+ Bachelors Degree in Software engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
+ At least 7 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field or 5 years of relevant experience with a master's degree in a related field
+ Deep knowledge of software security (e.g. buffer overflow, ROP, code reverse engineering)
+ Deep knowledge of operating systems (primarily Linux/Android)
+ Knowledge of cryptography
+ Ability to product high-quality documentation that can stand up to independent review
+ Ownership of organizational capabilities and maintenance of quality metrics
+ Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment
+ Strong verbal and written communications with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization

    Job Description / Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain detection rules, queries, and alerts in SIEM (Splunk preferred) and EDR (Microsoft Defender preferred) environments.
    • Write custom SIEM and EDR queries corresponding to MITRE TTPs for comprehensive coverage.
    • Test and validate the accuracy of developed SIEM and EDR queries and corresponding SIGMA rules.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer, configure, and manage Microsoft Purview Information Protection and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls for structured and unstructured data across M workloads.
  • Deploy and optimize Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Office , Identity, Cloud Apps, and Cloud to ensure threat protection coverage across users, devices, SaaS, and cloud workloads.

    You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Alstom’s products and solutions by leading vulnerability assessments, performing scans, penetration testing, and monitoring global threats. Cybersecurity Engineer, a highly motivated senior experienced individual contributor, responsible for innovative planning, designing and developing effective solutions in accordance with industry standards on best web development practices. As part of the team, you will be required to own key modules, perform code and design AI architectural reviews, suggest best practices and implement design and development standards. The role is a consultant who has the passion to solve problems, factor old codes, learn and pick up new technologies like generative AI, , LLM, On-prem/Cloud  models. The role will also be required to lead implementations on key modules and mentor junior team members

    The Opportunity:  

    This role requires an experienced AI/ML engineer with a passion for working on LLM-based applications. The team is tasked with building key AI/ML applications and scalable pipelines. The successful candidate should have a proven track record of developing multiple AI applications and be adept at managing the entire spectrum of AI application development while leading multiple workstreams.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Leading and delivering specific project deliverables as an AI Engineer
    • Providing guidance to the engineering team on building new LLM applications and leveraging existing AI applications
    • Improving the productivity of the engineering organization by infusing AI into our coding standards and practices.
    • Acting as the AI projects design authority
    • Shaping best practices and methodologies within the team
       

    This role involves 70% AI and 30% Core automation and application development. The successful candidate should be open to working on infrastructure automation development to understand the current processes and suggest enhancements to improve productivity using LLM models.     Basic Qualifications
