You’ll specifically take care of developing the Cybersecurity Management Plan, conducting Threat Modelling, and defining Cybersecurity Architecture and Requirements. Additionally, you will manage the evaluation of our Program’s cybersecurity level and provide pivotal support during cybersecurity audits.
We’ll look to you for:
Analysis of security needs and formulation of security objectives and strategies
Planning and integration of security activities within the development lifecycle
Expert guidance to teams on implementing cybersecurity features
Management of cybersecurity deliverables including quality, cost, and timeliness
Handling of vulnerabilities, cybersecurity issues, and action plans

**Summary of Role:**
RTX Enterprise Services Digital Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to join the Cybersecurity Strategy and Transformation team. In this high-impact role, you will spearhead critical cybersecurity initiatives - driving projects from bold ideas to tangible results. This role will manage projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and deliver strategic value from ideation through value realization.
**What You Will Do:**
+ Proactively manage project scope, cost, schedule and risk for assigned projects, ensuring every project is delivered with precision and impact
+ Maintain up-to-date project data in Planview and project management tools, ensuring seamless tracking and execution
+ Develop metrics to enable success and ensure progress is communicated regularly to key stakeholders and leadership
+ Work across enterprise cross functional teams - build relationships and ensure alignment from start to finish

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Cyber Audit Specialist with a strong background in ISO 27001 , IT infrastructure , and regulatory audits . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience conducting audits across network, server, mainframe, and cloud environments , along with working knowledge in CDA/Risk Pillar/Integrated Audits . Exposure to RBI or other regulatory audits is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure audits , covering:
- Servers, mainframes, cloud platforms, and network systems
- IT general controls, application controls, and infrastructure setup
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 , internal policies, and relevant regulatory standards
- Perform risk assessments , identify control gaps, and provide remediation recommendations
- Participate in integrated audits involving CDA (Control Design Assessment), risk pillar evaluations, and business processes
- Contribute to regulatory audits (RBI, IRDAI, SEBI, etc.), including evidence preparation and audit coordination
- Prepare audit reports, executive summaries, and dashboards for management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely closure of audit findings
- Stay updated with the latest cyber risks, threats, and evolving regulatory landscape
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cyber/IT audits
- Proven experience in ISO 27001 implementation/audits
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and server/mainframe audits
- Experience in RBI or other regulatory audits is a strong advantage
- Exposure to CDA, Risk Pillar, and Integrated Audits preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, ISO 27001 LA/LI, or equivalent will be a plus
