**A Day in the Life**
The Senior Specialist will join the External Cyber Risk team within the Global Cyber & Information Security Organization (GCISO), working closely with the Global Data and Privacy Center of Expertise (Privacy COE). Key responsibilities include conducting and managing third-party risk assessments to evaluate a vendor's ability to manage information risks and protect company data. The candidate will collaborate with both business teams and third-party vendors to provide assessment reports, executive summaries, and actionable recommendations for remediation.
Additionally, the role involves communicating, escalating, and tracking progress on remediation activities, ensuring effective risk mitigation. The analyst will assess information security risks inherent in various vendor engagements and translate these risks into clear business terms. Staying current on information security and data privacy trends and understanding their implications for the organization's programs will also be crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Risk Assessments & Analysis:
+ Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity risk assessments for third-party vendors, identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities to organizational assets and data.
+ Document and analyze inherent risk scores to determine the baseline risk associated with each vendor relationship.
+ Review vendor responses to security and privacy questionnaires, security attestations, and other documentation to identify gaps in vendor cybersecurity postures.
+ Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, documenting findings, risk levels, and recommendations for remediation.
Collaboration & Communication:
· Work with cross-functional teams to resolve data security and privacy issues.
· Engage with senior leadership for issue escalation and support in decision-making processes.
· Assist in the development and enhancement of third-party risk management processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and consistency.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive special projects and

Key Responsibilities
Project management and coordination of Cybersecurity initiatives:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for the M&A function, to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and internal risk controls.
- Support the management of cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Assist in defining project scope, estimates, and resource plans for smaller to medium-sized initiatives.

- Contribute to project tracking and reporting, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations.

The Principal Cyber Info Assurance Analyst will join the Business Information Security team within the Business Partner Services (BPS) group and partner closely with the Global Security Office (GSO). A Day in the Life

Maintain relationships within Operating Unit proactively share business' upcoming projects to the GSO

Engage with cross functional teams to drive complex data security issues to resolution

Contribute continuous improvement to the methodologies and practices of the Business Information Security to attain higher capability maturity levels

Track status of open requests/tasks and drive accountability of requestors to ensure timely submitting

Partner with the GSO and Privacy to perform deep dives over high risk processes and systems to identify and remediate gaps in data security

Support implementing monitoring Security compliance activities related to HITRUST, ISO27001, SOC2, etc.

Help facilitate and/or respond to Customer Inquiries

Streamline processes and use of tools across Global IT to ensure data flow and security is maintained in the most efficient way possible

·5+ years of relevant experience in software security, including cloud platforms and models (IAAS, PAAS & SAAS ) – Having security proficiency in MLaaS and other Serverless technologies will be a valuable asset.

·Background in infrastructure security, SDLC, and secure SaaS practices, including experience with assessment, development, implementation, optimization, and documentation.

·Direct architecture experience with AWS, Azure, Oracle Cloud, and GCP.

·Knowledge of risk assessment, management, and threat monitoring.

·Expertise in security review processes, data protection, cryptography, IAM within cloud environments, SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS.

·Experience with cloud-based service-oriented architecture, security and governance tools, network administration security, and enterprise applications.

·Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, hands-on technical abilities, and critical thinking skills.

·Knowledge of identity-centric management and authentication protocols, including Active Directory.

·Experience in threat modeling and design reviews to assess security implications for new technologies.

·Familiarity with Linux, Unix, Windows OS, various network architecture, and security configurations. Fundamentals of Security hardening and monitoring are must.

·Ability to multitask and manage numerous interdependent tasks with accuracy.

·Proven ability to work independently and effectively, as well as in larger cross-functional teams.
