- Handle internal & external audits, certifications, and client inspections effectively.
- Take charge of new projects, plant expansions, and machine installations as required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant Degree in Food Science & Nutrition / Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering (preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive experience in dairy production operations & plant management.
- Proven track record of handling production in dairy industries.
- Strong knowledge of dairy technology, food safety, quality systems, and plant automation (PLC, SAP/ERP).
- Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage teams, audits, and cross-functional coordination effectively.
