The CRM Data Quality and Analytics Specialist is responsible for ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of data within the CRM platform. This role combines expertise in data quality management and analytics to improve data-driven decision-making and optimize customer relationship strategies. By maintaining high-quality data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights, this role supports business teams in delivering personalized and effective customer experiences. The specialist will play a critical role in enhancing the performance of the CRM system, ensuring it serves as a valuable tool for marketing, sales, and customer support functions.

Job Accountabilities
User data audit and management

  • Conduct an audit on the CRM user data and identify anomalies, incomplete and outdated data.
  • Work with regions to keep the user accounts updated with all relevant information.
  • Work with Infra team to enforce best practices in user creation and management.
  • Drive cost optimization through user data management.

Accounts: Data audit and assessment

  • Identify duplicate, incomplete, and outdated data.

Data cleanup

  • Clean up incomplete and outdated data.

Account: Establish data governance

  • Define data quality standards and protocols.

Enforce data standards.

  • Educate users through training of the global KPI´s (User Trainings to be done by Superusers)
  • Enforce data standards through product features (validation/ integrations with product masters).
  • Identify opportunities for automation to reduce the need for manual data entry.

Leads data management.

  • Audit, clean up and management (same steps at above)

**Job Summary**
NetApp Business Intelligence Analyst's work as part of a team that turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. You will utilize your strong technical and business competencies to examine the unique needs and concerns of business groups to develop relevant practices and procedures for preparing and sharing business reports.
Essential Functions:
- Develop analytics to drive insights from data to help business solve critical problem statements.
- Generate insights and articulate recommendations to business users and present analytical content concisely and effectively.
- Establish measurement metrics that drive impact across the organization.
- Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.
- Develop streamlined reporting and automated scorecards from various systems including the Enterprise Data Warehouse
- Support adhoc reporting.
- Collect and analyze complex data for reporting and/or performance (trend) analysis
- Develop reports and structured presentations to present key messages to senior management & leadership.
- Ensure accuracy of data and deliverables of reporting employees with comprehensive policies and processes.
- Engage with owners from each business unit to identify key causes behind data trends/irregularities.
- Understanding of finance processes and internal controls
- Identify process improvements to streamline data collection and report creation
**Job Requirements**
- Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong documentation skills to describe existing metrics (processes) and propose changes to data & process flow
- Advanced knowledge of and experience with Business Intelligence (BI), analysis, and reporting tools such as - Power BI , Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL and Tableau.
- Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through is essential
- Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, as outlined
- Extensive experience and working knowledge in data extract/reporting software
- Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profiling
- Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principles
- Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
**Education**
- A University degree or other related training is preferred
- Minimum 8+ years of enterprise experience in data management and reporting applications, preferably with high tech companies
- Minimum 4+ years in Finance or Cloud Analytics.

Job Title: Sr. Technical Lead

Location: Bangalore, Noida, Pune


Educational Background : Post graduation/bachelor’s degree.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Production Support of existing BI data model/products that provides consistent, reliable, and automated delivery of data, internally and to our Partners.
  • You will be the SME, champion, and developer of POWER BI.
  • Be Single point of contact for information and knowledge of our user access engagement
  • Publish user adoption metrics on periodic basis
  • Collaborate with various team to develop and deploy new data products and CR/Enhancement
  • Troubleshoot production issues and performance tuning
  • Ability to take abstract analytical problems and deliver results quickly and accurately
  • Automate key reporting processes


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 9-12 years proven experience in business intelligence reporting
  • Expert level and advanced experience in POWER BI data visualization toolset as a developer, architecting data models, administration and as a SME
  • Strong with SQL for data interrogation and transformation, a robust understanding of relational data and the ability to manipulate fact data along multiple dimensions.
  • Strong communication (written and oral)
  • Current with new tools (Desired Skills familiarity with Azure data bricks, Azure data factory) and software to promote on-going innovation
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and work independently
  • Experience managing projects within an agile environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or relevant degree
