    Fiserv is looking for a talented specialist who plays a crucial role in an organization by leveraging their skills and expertise to extract valuable insights from data, enabling data-driven decision-making and contributing to the organization's success. Using product knowledge, subject matter expertise and technical skills, you will provide the highest level of service to resolve the client/customer's issues.

    What you will do:

  • Drive new business engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements.
  • Liaison with the client to understand business problem, processes, and implementation challenge.
  • Leverage data to analyze the business unit function, identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions.
  • Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots.
  • Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance.
  • Should have domain expertise in the banking and risk domain to shape the solution framework and developing business strategies to drive incremental value to the business.
  • Should have expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes generated by the statisticians and align it with the business needs and implementation plan.
  • Develop analytics proof of concepts on emerging trends in banking areas to develop new analytical products for Fiserv.
  • Collaborate with the model development team to provide feedback and recommendations for model improvements based on validation results.
