Using product knowledge, subject matter expertise and technical skills, you will provide the highest level of service to resolve the client/customer's issues.
**What you will do:**
+ Drive new business engagements with clients and grow existing client engagements.
+ Liaison with the client to understand business problem, processes, and implementation challenge.
+ Leverage data to analyze the business unit function, identify the business drivers and recommend strategy and future course of actions.
+ Manage end to end delivery including requirement gathering, solution design and business recommendation. Work closely with statisticians to develop solution framework - Identify statistical techniques, implementation mechanism, tracking campaigns and pilots.
+ Conceptualize modeling framework, define data requirement, create predictive variables and co-ordinate model implementation with other business partners, and create experimental designs to understand drivers of business performance.
+ Should have domain expertise in the banking and risk domain to shape the solution framework and developing business strategies to drive incremental value to the business.
+ Should have expertise in advanced statistical techniques to validate the model outcomes generated by the statisticians and align it with the business needs and implementation plan.
+ Develop analytics proof of concepts on emerging trends in banking areas to develop new analytical products for Fiserv.
+ Collaborate with the model development team to provide feedback and recommendations for model improvements based on validation results.
+ Communicate validation findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and through written reports or presentations.
**What you will need to have:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Statistics/mathematics or equivalent qualification.
+ 5-8 years of experience in solving business problems by applying advanced statistics.
+ Expertise in developing business presentations.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
**What would be great to have:**
+ Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

Skills And Experience You Will Need
- MS/BS or equivalent experience in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 3 to 8 years of experience in the following areas
- Good knowledge in Semiconductor Manufacturing, common semiconductor reliability tests and failure mechanisms
- Fluency in Python and/or R, other statistical software including scripting capability for automating analyses
- Knowledge of using statistical tools, Unix, Tableau, Power BI, JMP
- Understanding of statistics applied to data analysis, especially in Quality and reliability.
- Exposure to statistical modeling, feature extraction and analysis. good to have - supervised/unsupervised/semi-supervised learning, integrating LLM into production environment.

- Play crucial role as gate keeper with respect to scope creep.
- Exposure and Understanding of Impact assessment and estimations.
- Organise and run meetings with key stakeholders technical and functional to review user requirements.
- Provide SME inputs with respect to defect reviews and triage meeting and provide SME inputs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Minimum Experience of 10-12 years as Business/Data Analyst in Banking technology.
- Understanding of data integration techniques.
- Able to visualize the data flow across systems.
- Understanding of Global Trade domain- LC/GTEs / TLs.
- Understanding kinds of requirements – Business requirements, interface requirements, formatting/mapping, NFR's
- Should be able to multi task and manage multiple stakeholders .
- Experience in dealing with varied stakeholders – product, technical ,functional.
- Experience in user story creation.
- Able to support test team in test cases review and execution.
- Prior experience working on large-scale, complex initiatives
- Strong capability to assess priorities, identify potential risks, and proactively suggest viable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
