We are looking for experienced Data Analysts / Business Analysts with strong domain expertise in Credit Risk and practical exposure to Basel III / CRR implementation projects, particularly those involving data and system migrations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the data transition to updated data warehouses, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and minimizing discrepancies in critical risk metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively support data migration and system migration projects tied to Basel III Credit Risk regulatory implementations.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, SQL, and SAS and possess a keen analytical mindset to derive insights from complex data sets and support data-driven decision-making.
Location: Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and analysis using SQL, Python, and SAS .
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across systems and reports.
- Provide domain-specific insights related to BFSI operations, products, and customer behavior.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and SAS – hands-on experience is a must.
- Strong experience working in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain.
- Excellent understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and reporting techniques.
- Ability to handle large datasets, perform data wrangling, and build meaningful visualizations.
- Experience working in Agile teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools is an advantage.
- Exposure to GCP, Hadoop, or cloud data platforms is a plus.
