- Collaborate with other XOM technical teams to ensure issues are worked on a timely manner.
- Create quality documentations about incident resolution and maintenance.

- Assist project team to test archive functionalities (Write/Delete/Retrival)
SAP ILM Warehouse Management

4 Requirements/Deliverables
The receiving team – Data Archiving Document Management follows the Agile practices. As such, work is managed by the Product Owner and Scrum Masters using 3 months long planning Iterations and 2 weeks long sprints. Work is planned, tracked, and discussed on the ADO board. Work progress and performance metrics are extracted from ADO directly.
- Delivering proper incident and problem management solutions in case of all cases that occur in BKK work time, or is taken over from other Data Archiving Document Management Team. Ensuring adherence to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during the PI periods.
- Delivering successful and error free SAP Maintenance activities in all cases according to the Upgrade Schedule (approved by the Business) during the PI periods.
- Deliver/Complete all assigned ADO User Stories prioritized by the Product Owner during the PI periods.
- Delivering high quality documentation using the team’s OneNote related to all lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, new configurations in regards incidents and SAP Maintenance activities.

About the Role
Navi is looking for an Associate Manager II – Information Security to pilot key aspects of its group-wide information security and regulatory compliance program.
