  • Control & archive all incoming and outgoing project documentation by following Siemens’ standard and make sure documents are available in the project library on time.
  • Assist Team Members with making hard-copies and putting them into binders.
  • Close out & archive Project library and project emails.
  • On commencement of new project, determine documentation requirements and submittal dates with Project Manager/Project Engineer by filling Master Document List

  • Prepare weekly progress report for Project Manager.
  • Assist in the preparation of Final Documentation (Final Record book) in the format requested by client.
