• A Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring completion of all Data Center COLO projects on time, with efficiency, accuracy and highest quality, while also managing individual tasks. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline.
• Develop detailed project scope, objectives and timelines ensuring all project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Making project execution plan and getting approval from client. Must have experience in project planning tools including resource allocations and managing dependancies.

• Close co-ordination with factory and logistics team to ensure smooth material delivery, unloading and placement.
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Ensuring on time documentation and HOD submission.

About the role

The Lead Regional Compliance Specialist for the region manages a geographically distributed team of Regional Compliance Specialists (RCS) who support physical security compliance across multiple data center locations. This team oriented role is tasked with overseeing the security compliance program specific to physical security officer services at data centers. This includes ensuring all sites meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, PCI, FISMA , and others. What you need to apply

We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, law or a related field and 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, or a combination of both, as well as 3+ years of experience managing people.
