Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant-MDM Data Quality / Cleansing SME
In this role, we are looking at MDM SME who is subject matter expert to consolidate stakeholder requirements for data cleansing and source-to-target synchronization into cohesive technical specifications / templates across material / product master data domain.
This also includes responsibility to collaborate with client stakeholders, data leads, functional teams, system integrators, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on requirements and solutions.
Responsibilities
· Perform day-to-day Data quality /cleansing activities as outlined.
· Perform root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted.
• Daily review of process KPI and DQ reporting
• Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.
• Manage client expectations.
• Take part & support process improvement discussions and ensure “First Time Right” recommendations.
• Addressing ad-hoc queries, liaising with entities, participate in governance meetings with internal stakeholders & support teams.
• Determine all tasks to be completed and maintain key report outs to internal as well client-side stake holders.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
· Graduate or equivalent, MBA (preferably engineering trades)
· Product domain knowledge – Master Data Management
Preferred qualifications/Skills
· Knowledge of DQ standards, guidelines and standard methodologies
· Hands-on experience in product domain, data cleansing, data dictionary, data standards activities,
· Proficient in MS Office Skills such as lookups, pivot, handling large files etc.,
· Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and technical aptitude.
· Expert verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to do root-cause analysis for process gaps highlighted.
· High degree of energy & execution and client connect experience is a “Must”.
· Ability to work in a global environment.
· SAP ERP experience on MM and BP Module added advantage.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
· Good interpersonal skills

This role will be instrumental in stabilizing system operations, cleaning legacy data, and ensuring accurate reporting across HR functions.

Qualifications:
