This position will have a high degree of interaction with the Analytics, Business Operations, and IT functions across Palo Alto Networks. This role will be based in our Bangalore office in India.
Your Impact
Identify, design, and advocate for opportunities for optimization, scalability, and/or automation
Manage and communicate optimization projects end to end
Maintain steady progress on open projects
Provide effective and frequent communication with cross functional teams and stakeholders of project progress
Consult with downstream cross functional teams for impact analysis of proposed projects
Manage complex, urgent, high visibility, or intricate issues and escalations
Design, build, and analyze reporting and data visualizations for monitoring data accuracy and integrity
Evaluate mass data analysis and updates of account information to increase data accuracy
Enforce data standards, policies, and processes
Execute regular and periodic data maintenance and validation activities
Qualifications
Your Experience
Ability to identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
Ability to communicate, advocate for, and lead optimization projects
Ability to work cross functionally, especially with Sales Operations and IT
Ability to pick up new tools, platforms, and business processes and policies
Interest in the concerns and topics related to data maintenance and governance

Organized, proactive individual that can operate independently in solving complex problems with little guidance
Strong interpersonal skills for internal collaboration
Skillfully manage requestor escalations through appropriate channels
Experience with SFDC is required
