The candidate is expected to work in shift having overlap with US and be flexible for other shifts as applicable per the organization needs. On some days the consultant will have flexibility based on project work or customer call.
The candidate is also responsible for interacting with other businesses and technical project stakeholders to gather business requirements and ensure successful delivery. The candidate must have good communication skills and able to effectively communicate ideas both verbally and in writing at all levels in the organization, from executive staff to technical resources. The role requires working with the Program/Project manager, Solution Consultant, and customer representative to deliver the solution based upon the defined design requirements and ensure it meets the scope and customer expectations.
**Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:**
+ Interpret, validate, and convert HCM data from source system(s) to target system including demographic data, taxation, benefits, payroll balances, additional tables, contacts, dependents, beneficiaries.
+ Validate, reconcile and load US People and Payroll data into PRO (HCM software) through SQL stored procedures and backend. Perform balancing of payroll data based on earnings, deduction and tax codes. Reconciling the opening balances data to be loaded with the original source to ensure that all information has been accurately transferred and that there is no missing information.
+ Proactively communicate with peers, internal teams, and customers to keep them apprised of project status and ensure they are on track with assigned responsibilities and project timeline and effectively implement change-control
+ Create required post conversion documents including Issues and Assumptions and Tax Verification
+ Schedule and successfully complete multiple projects within the timeline required
+ Provide support to peers (e.g., mentoring, knowledge transfer) including developing and delivering knowledge transfer sessions on new tools and processes as needed/requested
+ Successfully assist or shadow System Consultant on implementation projects, gain a better understanding of system configuration and apply that knowledge to add more value during the data conversion process.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ BE/B Tech or Master's in related field.
+ 4+ years of experience working on US Payroll.
+ Baseline understanding of U.S. W2 and/or U.S. tax reports (941 reporting).
+ Advanced competency level of current year check history/opening balances process.
+ Knowledge of writing SQL Queries to troubleshoot and fix errors in database. 2+ years of experience in database SQL.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
+ Good to have US payroll certification.
+ Prior consulting experience, customer-focused, positive and professional attitude along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in delivery of technical infrastructure, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management;
- Experience managing projects across functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating project schedules
- Experience reviewing technical problems and providing clear options and recommendations in order to lead teams to decisions and delivery
- Experience conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and presenting information to key stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience managing external partners (Colocation providers, general contractors, fitout vendors or equipment manufacturers)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP
- Experience with data center project delivery and critical infrastructure systems
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in infrastructure risk management
- Experience with risk management tools and frameworks
- Knowledge of the APAC data center market

Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Level 5) to join our team in India site to develop, manage, and lead a large team of direct and indirect reports to support our image and video ML technology.
As an Operations Manager (Level 5), you will become an expert in the processes. You will manage other leaders to ensure that data associates are adequately trained and supported. You will ensure that accuracy and standards are maintained, and that risks and mitigation strategies are communicated across a globally distributed organization.
This role will include managing individual and team performance expectations and goals; provide individual coaching feedback sessions; maintaining and improving quality and throughput of data; and monitoring real-time productivity to meet weekly deliverables.
In this role, you will:
- Manage day-to-day operations of a team of team managers and data associates including logistics, resource/equipment planning, staffing, quality control, and reporting
- Oversee the hiring & training of new team members and support their development
- Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis
- Partner closely with the research team to adapt to changing conventions, tooling developments, and expansion to new data areas
- Collect, track, & present metrics related to processes, team accuracy and efficiency, and drive improvements in efficiency, throughput and cost across the organization
- Partner with the Knowledge Management, Capacity and Workforce Planning to prioritize and manage regular operational workflows as well as associated training needs
- Communicate effectively with other operations and/or program managers at other sites regarding risks, mitigation strategies, and success of project SLAs
- Continuously evaluate tools and processes and offer solutions to ensure they are efficient, high quality, and scalable
- Utilize strategic thinking to plan/develop team and site growth to support data delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical issues
- Ability to lead diverse talent within the team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues
Basic Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or higher (Any Stream). - Prior experience as an Operations Manager (Level 5), Project or Program Manager directly managing and developing front-line managers. - Experience in managing process and operational escalations. - Experience to work with fast paced operations. - Proficiency verbal and written communication skills - Experience with process improvement/quality control tools and methods. - Excellent communication, strong organizational skills and very detail-oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- - Master's Degree - Demonstrated ability to lead diverse talent within a team, work cross-functionally, and build consensus on difficult issues - Leadership experience in coaching and performance management. - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications (esp. MS Excel, Word) at an advanced level - Experience in operational excellence using six sigma methodologies.
