  • Support Risk team on Data Privacy Policies, Framework and Procedures
  • Stay current with emerging threats, trends, and technologies in data protection and DLP, providing strategic recommendations as required

Essential Attributes:

  • Minimum GPA of 4 or 70 % or a Law graduate from top law schools in India
  • In depth understanding of data protection legislations and awareness of changing laws.
  • Preference given to privacy experts who have worked on existing privacy laws like GDPR/CCPA/PDPA and HIPAA, etc
  • Ability to identify and handle sensitive information with utmost care and maturity
  • Strong analytical skills and approach to data processing
  • Sound IT skills and understanding of firm's IT infrastructure
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to deal with pressure situations and senior stakeholders
  • Methodical, structured and governance focused approach
  • Excellent documentation as well as presentation skills
  • Superior hands-on experience on MS PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethics and attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

  • DSCI DPO/CPLA certification or similar certification
  • Understanding databases and how data is stored
  • Industry/Indian ministry connections w.r.t. privacy laws
