Requirements:-

  • The Candidate must have 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Analytics domain and possess strong experience in Oracle FAW/FDI area along with Oracle Fusion Cloud skills.
  • The Candidate must have experience working on a minimum of 2 Fusion Data Intelligence/ FAW implementation projects.
  • The Candidate must have good experience in developing and testing reporting solutions using FAW/FDI and OAC.
  • The Candidate must have good experience in provisioning FAW, verifying FAW prerequisites, configuring and activating pipeline data loads, Data Augmentation, Semantic Extension and performing FAW data validation.
  • The Candidate must have good experience in implementing Custom Security (Object, Data) using FAW/FDI.
  • The Candidate must have good experience in monitoring the health of OAC, FAW application and cloud services.
  • The Candidate must have good experience in integrating disparate Enterprise Datasets (txt, csv, etc.,) and databases (relational and NoSQL) into FAW/FDI.
  • The Candidate must have good experience in designing and implementing Fusion Analytics Data Warehouses to support comprehensive and insightful data analysis.
  • The Candidate must have extensive hands-on implementation experience in creating advanced Analysis, Visualizations & Dashboards using FAW/OAC/OBIEE.
  • The Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
  • The Candidate should have good hands-on experience in FAW/FDI, OTBI, OAC, BI Publisher & OBIEE, BIP.
  • Design, develop, maintain and deliver key Oracle Analytics/ Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) Reporting Dashboards, Analytics and extracts.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Science Lead to spearhead data operations for our clinical intelligence SaaS platform. You will lead data pipeline development, integrate computational biology insights, and ensure compliance with US pharma regulations, driving AI-powered predictions for patient outcomes across therapies (e.g., oncology, diabetes). This role is perfect for a leader with expertise in computational biology, clinical research, and scalable data systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage end-to-end data pipelines for ingesting and analyzing de-identified RWE, preclinical data, and public datasets (e.g., TCGA, ChEMBL) using Python, pandas, and cloud tools.
  • Ensure data quality, privacy, and compliance with HIPAA, FDA (21 CFR Part 11), and GDPR, focusing on de-identification and bias mitigation.
  • Lead integration of computational biology (e.g., genomics, AlphaFold protein modeling) into AI models for therapy-agnostic outcome predictions.
