    About the role

    As the IT&D Analyst - Data, Reporting & Analytics, you are responsible for the product management, technical competency capability and progress of the global supply analytics initiatives.     **Job Responsibilities:**
    **Data Analytics & Dashboarding**
    + Gather and analyze business and risk reporting requirements; translate them into dashboard specifications.

    + Design and deploy workflow enhancements and Archer use cases in alignment with business requirements and firmwide GRC standards.
    + Manage intake and prioritization of Archer change requests and enhancements.
    + Provide day-to-day Archer user support, including issue triage, troubleshooting, workflow/form guidance, and onboarding assistance such as access setup and reference material delivery.
    + Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Archer Support through the platform's ticketing system and coordinate resolution.
    + Maintain platform governance and data integrity through routine validations, exception reviews, change controls, and periodic deprecation of unused fields or workflows to align with current risk taxonomy.
    + Develop and maintain a full library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support documentation for Archer processes, including version control, stakeholder input, and periodic reviews.
    + Perform data quality checks, identify incomplete or inconsistent records, and execute historical backfill exercises; provide recommendations for process and form enhancements to improve data completeness and usability.
    + Generate scheduled and ad-hoc extracts from Archer to support reporting needs across risk and control forums.
    + Monitor system performance, workflow efficiency, and user adoption metrics to identify bottlenecks and recommend targeted operational improvements.
    + Support the design, testing, and ongoing maintenance of technical data integrations between Archer and external systems to maintain reliable and accurate data flow.
    **Qualifications and Experience:**
    + Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or related discipline.
    + Minimum 10 years of experience in Data Analytics and Archer administration or risk technology.
    + Proficiency with Archer, including workflow design, application builder, access control, and reporting is preferred.
    + Demonstrated experience developing SOPs, governance procedures, and role-based access models for enterprise platforms.
    + Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, including building and maintaining dashboards to support operational and management-level reporting.
    + Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks (e.g., RCSA, issue lifecycle, incident tracking).

    The role of Officer - Data Management/Information Analyst will be part of AIM team based out of Chennai, India supporting the Global Workforce Optimization unit.
    The GWFO team supports capacity planning across the organization. The primary responsibility of the GWFO team is to forecast future demand (Inbound /Outbound Call Volume, back-office process volume, etc.) and the capacity required to fulfill the demand. It also includes forecasting short-term demand (daily/ hourly) and scheduling the agent accordingly.
