The Data Mining Associate position is responsible for providing the high quality data for companies for poc at CXOs and below level using different tools and mine the details.
This role will report directly to the Data Mining Lead and will work closely with the SDR, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams and will have direct impact on their data mining related requirements.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with the Business Facing teams to gather the requirements on the Data mining activities and mine the data basis the requirements.
- Standardize the data mining process and maintain the data hygiene.
- Maintain tracker for the ongoing mining activities and progress tracker.
- Use the data mining tools at optimum capacity and miximize the utillization.
- Perform market research activities as and when required to bring more intelligence for the mined data.
**Skills Required**:
- Minimum 3-4 yr of experience in Data Mining
- Excellent communication skills, written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Achieve results through influence, persuasion & collaboration.
- Attention for details and speed of execution with adherence to deadlines.

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced analytics engineer to build the data foundations, define key metrics and make recommendations to guide strategic decisions and influence the trajectory of photonic research at Lumilens.

- Understand user requirements from a variety of domain experts and translate that to data tooling requirements
- Create rapid analytics prototypes (notebooks, dashboards) to address user needs
