Job Title: Safety Officer – Data Center Projects

Experience: 3 to 4 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Safety Officer with a valid ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) certification and hands-on experience in data center projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety policies, monitoring site activities, and ensuring strict adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) standards across high-risk data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce safety policies, procedures, and programs on-site.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and risk assessments at the data center construction/execution site.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company EHS standards.
• Maintain safety documentation including permits, reports, site safety checklists, incident reports, etc.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to resolve safety-related issues.
• Investigate incidents/accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all site personnel.
• Prepare and submit safety reports to management and clients on a regular basis.
