Senior Analyst Analytics / Finance
This position is critical to understanding brand business performance in order to help
develop strategies and recommendations to inform future brand direction. The expectation
is that this individual will report on information critical to business insights and
decision-making. The Analyst on the International Finance team will be a key resource for
the brand in answering business questions efficiently and effectively for all
cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities:
- Insight Generation – Generate insights that improve the business through linking

impact of overall business performance and/or promotional marketing programs.
- PLU Maintenance – Create and maintain PLU structure for all brands and markets,
including setup of markets and ongoing maintenance (products added/removed)
- Strategy Consulting – Provide guidance and strategic recommendations on
promotional marketing initiatives across all levels of the organization, utilizing both
quantitative and qualitative measures; present strategic recommendations based on
sound financial analysis to large and small audiences across all levels of the
organization
- Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders and partners while collaborating effectively across the organization to
achieve objectives. Collaborate with Inspire IT team and International digital vendor on
restaurant transaction level data POS mapping (Extract, Translate, Load) and data
normalization
- Project Management – Ensure that all medium/long term projects are implemented on
time and achieve business goals and objectives
Education Qualification:
Required Minimum: Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Management, Data &
Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant discipline)
Required Minimum: 4 - 6 years relevant experience in relevant field or master's degree
