What role you will play in our team

Be part of the product team responsible for developing and delivering Snowflake data models

Job location is based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

What you will do

• Responsible for creating and maintaining reports in Sigma.  Includes performance management, etc.

• Work with system architects and data engineers to optimize backend models along with root cause analysis of reporting issues

About You

Skills and Qualifications

• Technology/Tools : Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI

• Experience with Sigma and other visualization tools

• Experience working with Power-BI or Tableau and are you willing to learn Sigma

• Hands on experience with Sigma Modeling and design of screens

• Hands on experience design and build Dashboards, Charts, and Graphs etc.

• Extensive expertise in developing data reports and visualization dashboards

• Experience working with Snowflake backend models and integration

• Sigma is a newer technology, and there will be very few, if any, candidates who have experience with Sigma, but a person with strong skills in Snowflake (important) and a background in either Power BI or Tableau can learn what they need for Sigma

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines with minimum GPA 7.0

• Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience working as a Data Engineer

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• Sigma experience

• Experience in Change Management

• UX/Design experience

• Any prior working experience in Energy industry

4. Maintain high accuracy and integrity of collected data and ensure it is properly formatted and cleaned for CRM or outreach tools 

Skills & Qualifications:  

1. 1–3 years of experience in B2B contact research, lead generation, or data mining. 
2. Proficiency in tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Adapt, etc. 
3. Excellent research and analytical skills. 
4. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is a plus.

4-5 years of relevant experience in building dashboards & Analytics using analytics tools

Good hands on work experience with Power BI Embedded and Embedded Analytics

Proven experience embedding Power BI reports and dashboards into custom applications

Familiarity with capacity-based licensing models and multi-tenant deployment strategies

Strong skills in designing and building interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop.

Ability to implement advanced visualizations, drill-downs, bookmarks, and tooltips Data Modeling

Proficient in writing complex DAX expressions for calculated columns, measures, and KPIs

Ability to connect to various data sources (SQL, APIs, Azure, etc.) and manage refresh schedules

Knowledge of row-level security (RLS), workspace management, and access control.

Understanding of data encryption and compliance requirements in embedded environments

Familiarity with AI features in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including Copilot, automated ML, and natural language Q&A

Good communication skills.
