The Analyst is a key position with a responsibility to help implement and manage Central Finance system at Molex. The role will be a key role in ensuring the financial data quality and integrity between legacy ERP and Central Finance system. It will play a pivotal role in tying out financial transactions between Legacy and Central Finance. The role also requires creating financial reporting package for different user group that includes Trial Balance, Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
What You Will Do
- Work with Implementation partner and KGSI Lead on various reporting and analytics requirements.
- Perform tie outs and reconciliation between One Stream/SAP/Other systems with Central Finance
- Understand calculation of various Level 1,2 KPIs/measures and apply that knowledge during validation/tie outs.
- Must understand and gain knowledge on various financial statements (Trial Balance, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, US GAAP Reports etc.) during training phase
- Monitor Application Interface Framework to check errors in data load and work with respective team get resolved
- Data Tie out: Consolidated and Unconsolidated data from One Stream/SAP to Central Finance
- Share inputs with Lead/Supervisor on current challenges and best practices of the domain.
- Participate in daily, weekly touch points with larger groups and provide status updates/ voice concerns.
- Assess and re-assess need of automation/transformation to make recurring tasks efficient.
Ensure to execute and deliver based on the defined milestones.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- CA/CS/MBA/M. Com with minimum 1-2 years of experience in R2R, financial reporting, planning, analysis and consolidation or freshers with sound understanding of Company financials
- Prior experience in Financial and Operational reporting (GAAP reports, tax reports, costing reports, P/L and Balance Sheets)
- Understanding of SAP General Ledger code structure and knowledge on creating journal entries
- Good knowledge on definitions for database file and support tools and ERP backend tables.
- Ability to formulate appropriate methodology and approach for developing insights to solve financial reporting problems
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and comfortable executing independently and as a team

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for data mapping and conversions.
Design and implement data mapping strategies to ensure accurate data transfer and integrity.
Support the development of functional and technical specifications for various projects.
Assist in the testing and validation of data conversion processes to ensure quality outcomes.
Provide guidance and support during the implementation of solutions and change management efforts.

What you will do
Responsible for creating and maintaining reports in Sigma. Includes performance management, etc.
Work with system architects and data engineers to optimize backend models along with root cause analysis of reporting issues
About You
Skills and Qualifications
Technology/Tools : Sigma, Snowflake, Power BI
Experience with Sigma and other visualization tools
Experience working with Power-BI or Tableau and are you willing to learn Sigma
Hands on experience with Sigma Modeling and design of screens
Hands on experience design and build Dashboards, Charts, and Graphs etc.
Extensive expertise in developing data reports and visualization dashboards
Experience working with Snowflake backend models and integration
Sigma is a newer technology, and there will be very few, if any, candidates who have experience with Sigma, but a person with strong skills in Snowflake (important) and a background in either Power BI or Tableau can learn what they need for Sigma
Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a recognized university in Computer/IT other relevant engineering disciplines with minimum GPA
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience working as a Data Engineer
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
Sigma experience
Experience in Change Management
UX/Design experience
Any prior working experience in Energy industry
