Overview: We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Developer with 8+ years of experience in developing and managing data warehouse solutions using Snowflake. The ideal candidate should have expertise in stored procedures, SQL scripting, and DBT development using models, macros, and jobs. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of DWH concepts, along with experience in developing ETL solutions and implementing CICD pipelines using Bitbucket, Jenkins, DBT, and Snowflake. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop logic, and deploy solutions. In This Role, You Will: Manage and maintain the Snowflake platform, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. Design and implement Snowflake architecture, considering best practices for scalability, security, and compliance. Conduct performance optimization activities to ensure efficient use of resources and credits. Oversee governance and compliance practices, enabling the right audit logs and ensuring data security using RBAC, masking etc. Perform POCs to evaluate new features and functionalities. Enable and configure new features on the Snowflake platform. Develop and implement integration design strategies using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, SQS, and Kinesis. Design and implement API-based integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of Snowflake projects. Utilize programming languages, particularly Python, to develop custom solutions and automation scripts. Here's What You Need: Proven experience working with Snowflake and AWS cloud platforms. Job Duties and Responsibilities

Data analysis, Design & development of Workbooks

Recommend best practices of development and optimize dashboards

Installing and upgrading in a distributed enterprise environment

Able to analyze system resource utilization, bottlenecks and plan platform capacity sizing

Deployment of data sources/workbooks across environment and setting alerts via scripting

Communicating with Tableau support and resolving issues

Implementing new tools and technologies and maintaining them

Monitoring Reporting analytics tools

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Engineering degree with at least 2 years of focused Tableau administration and development experience and total 4+ years of Tableau experience in an IT Department, preferably within a Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence Team and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Experience in data analysis and creating data sets from multiple source systems

Knowledge and experience with Cloud technologies

Experienced in tabcmd/tsm command-line functions, performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools/commands ( TabMon, PerfMon, LogShark, VizAlerts)

Experience with Tableau Admin Views

About the Role:

You will join a well-established team specialising in data innovation, data solutions and cloud platform development.

As the Lead Data Engineer, you will lead data projects and work closely with key stakeholders to create solutions for business problems.
You will be responsible to design and develop Azure-based data and analytic solutions and platforms.

Essential criteria

3+ years of experience in Data Development;
Perform detail design based on high level architecture; Experience in detailed design for data integration on Azure cloud data services including ADLS, SQL DB, data lake Synapse and blob storage;
Solid experience developing complex ETLs based on SSIS and customised coding C#, .net or vb.net Development experience with Power BI (stored procedure, DAX, functions, views);
Proficient with Azure data factory and Azure Event Hub; Strong understanding of DevOps or other version control system;
Experience working in an Agile environment Exceptional communication skills including written and oral skills.
