Position: Oracle Database Administrator
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time and Full Time Contractors
Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners/ Currently Serving Notice/ Notice is less than 30 days
Budget : 10-16 LPA for Full Time and 15-25 LPA for Contract (For Contract- No PF, No Gratuity, No leaves, No benefits)
Year of experience: 6- 12 years
Key Responsibilities
• Performance Optimization & Tuning
o Analyze and resolve database bottlenecks affecting application/API performance.
o Tune SQL queries, PL/SQL packages, stored procedures, and indexes for optimal response times.
o Implement best practices for connection pooling, partitioning, and caching strategies.
• Application & Middleware Integration Support
o Work with API Gateway and custom orchestration teams to optimize database interaction patterns.
o Support GET/POST transaction flows from APIs into Oracle.
o Ensure efficient database design for web applications with high concurrency and SLA targets.
• On-Premise & Cloud Integration
o Manage data synchronization between on-prem Oracle and Fusion Cloud Oracle DB via OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
o Implement and support Pub/Sub mechanisms for customer data exchange.
o Monitor and troubleshoot replication/data transfer issues.
• Operational Excellence
o Proactively monitor system health, query execution plans, and workload statistics (AWR, ASH, ADDM).
o Provide root cause analysis and resolution for performance incidents.
o Partner with infrastructure DBAs for patching, backups, disaster recovery, and capacity planning.
o Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and runbooks for application database operations.

Qualifications & Skills
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle DBA, with emphasis on Application DBA responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in:
o Oracle 12c/19c performance tuning, indexing, partitioning, optimizer hints.
o SQL and PL/SQL development and debugging.
o AWR, ASH, ADDM, TKPROF, and other Oracle diagnostic/tuning tools.
• Experience supporting web applications, API-driven architectures, or middleware platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion Cloud database integration (Pub/Sub methodology preferred).
• Knowledge of high availability, scalability, and SLA management for mission-critical applications.
• Solid understanding of database security, auditing, and user access controls.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work in cross-functional agile teams.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with application developers, architects, and operations teams.

• Exposure to Oracle GoldenGate or other replication tools.
• Experience with API Gateway products (Apigee, Kong, Oracle API Gateway, etc.).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps pipelines for DB changes.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA) with strong expertise in Azure SQL Server and Azure SQL Subscription management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer SQL Server databases (on-premises and Azure SQL).
- Plan, implement, and oversee Azure SQL Subscription services, ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Perform database performance tuning , query optimization, indexing, and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
