• Working closely with all internal stakeholders on technical issues related to the eDiscovery Function.
• Providing end-to-end data collection, processing, review workflows, analytics, and production/export deliverables.

• Strong knowledge in Industry-standard platforms like Relativity (Relativity Certification preferred), Nuix.
• Familiar with data load files and production formats

• Hands-on with supporting tools like Ready Suite, Safe Copy, Tree Size Trident, Aid4 Email, etc.

• Should have knowledge of FTP usage and handling data transfers.
• Strong conceptual thinking and ideation skills; passion for brainstorming ideas, sketching concepts, and connecting pieces to solve problems.

Skills and Experience:
• 4+ years of experience performing e-discovery processing, productions, and migrations.

• Must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Working experience in the “Follow the Sun Model “or 24X7 shift.
• Strong Analytical and Interpretational skills.
• Delegating responsibilities and supervising BAU.
• Strong Technical knowledge of Relativity, Nuix, Brainspace.
