- Performance Tuning: Mastery of AWR, ADDM, SQL tuning, and system diagnostics.
- Backup & Recovery: Proficiency with RMAN, DDboost, and disaster recovery planning.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), AWS, or Azure for hybrid or cloud-native deployments.
- Security & Compliance: Implementing encryption, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of Db2 and other opensource databases.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Analytical Thinking: Solving performance or architectural challenges with data-driven decisions.
- Collaboration: Working cross-functionally with application, infrastructure, and security teams.
- Oracle certifications (OCP, OCM) are a plus.
