**Job Description:**
+ Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of software functionalities, including functional, integration, and regression testing.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
+ Utilize strong technical expertise in automation tools and technologies to design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
+ Proficient in performing database & manual testing of web-based apps and database-driven applications, with a focus on complex scenarios and edge cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
+ Perform extensive database testing using SQL to validate data quality, data flows, transformations, and backend processing.
+ Analyze and troubleshoot issues, defects, and discrepancies, documenting and tracking them to resolution using issue tracking systems.
+ Provide technical support and guidance to stakeholders regarding QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
+ Stay updated on industry trends like AI and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant knowledge into QA practices.
+ Develop and maintain SQL queries for data validation, transformation checks, and verification of database processes.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
+ 4-6 years of experience in complete software testing activities.
+ Hands on experience working with testing frameworks, Selenium web driver, Cucumber, Carina and/or equivalent specifically for Web applications.
+ Hands on experience with Object oriented language like Java or Python.
+ Experience in SQL a must. Knowledge of PL/SQL, No SQL DB, Jenkins preferred.
+ Experience testing web-based and database-driven systems for data consistency and accuracy.
+ Excellent communication skills are essential, with strong verbal and writing proficiencies.
+ Demonstrated skill to proactively resolve issues and escalate appropriately.
+ Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Experience with Financial Domain is preferred.
+ Experience with Index/Benchmarks, Equities and Fixed Income is a plus.

About you
+ **Experience** : 3+ years of Experience with Medidata RAVE (EDC) application and SAS. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical data management.
+ **Soft skills** : Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills, and ability to meet deadlines and stakeholder management. Ability to maintain confidentiality of data and information during interactions with staff at all levels and across studies and sponsors. Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or clinical research industry. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical data management.
+ **Technical skills** : Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., SQL, SAS, R, Python) Understanding of data cleaning, transformation, and validation techniques. Familiarity with clinical data standards such as CDISC (Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium) and HL7 (Health Level Seven International). Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines from bodies like the FDA and EMA.
+ **Education** : Degree in a scientific discipline or a related Life science degree with substantial experiences with data management of clinical trials. Efficiently managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Meticulous in reviewing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ **Languages** : High Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Risk Data Validation & Control (RDV&C) team is responsible for quality assurance activities in relation to critical, complex and technical risks and regulatory topics that affect Deutsche Bank (DB). RDV&C are part of the Credit Risk Data Unit (CRDU) team within Group Finance and their key stakeholders include but are not limited to:
- Business Finance
- Risk Management (CRM/MRM)

Your key responsibilities
- Perform quality assurance for Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) for RWA calculation as well as Leverage exposure metric based on the Basel/CRR regulatory rules in line with BCBS 239 controls.
- Validate figures against prior month and business flash;
- provide explains if variances are over a certain threshold
- Preparation and posting of relevant correcting adjustments in relevant systems
- Navigate through the complex algorithms built in the risk engine to perform root cause analysis on the exposure calculations. Ultimately the calculated output should reflect the economics of the portfolio.
- Data Quality proactively manage the investigation and resolution of month end issues on the regulatory metrics.
- Providing subject matter expertise and analytics to support Finance and the Risk team regarding risk and regulatory topics or initiatives e.g. optimisation topics
- Change Book of Work - support the change BoW by engaging with business, CDO and IT on change Initiatives for strategic implementations and DQ remediation
- Liaising with relevant stakeholder for RCA and reporting
- Presentation of the Regulatory metric to senior audience across the Bank
Your skills and experience
- Good Knowledge of regulatory requirements like ECB, CRR, CRD, Basel3 & Basel3.1 requirements
- Understanding of exposure calculation under different models e.g. SA-CCR and IMM
- Knowledge of Exposure Metrics like EPE/EE, Statistical Modelling (Monte Carlo Simulation etc.)
- Team management experience
- An analytical mindset and good approach to problem solving
- Experience of process change
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and structured working approach
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable team player who enjoys working in an international environment
- Preferred IT
