We are seeking a motivated individual for the role of BPO Sales Process in our Vashi, Navi Mumbai location. This is a full-time, day shift position, perfect for freshers. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in cold calling, enabling effective communication and persuasion with potential clients (Mandatory skill).

- Experience with CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle.
