Your New Role **:**
The Analyst , SAP Deal Management role focuses on enhancing and maintaining a custom financial deal management system within the CRM framework . The software is configured to track and request artist payments according to bespoke contracts maintained within the system . This role involves technical setup, business process alignment, and continuous improvement to ensure th e solution effectively supports organizational goals.
Your Role Accountabilities :
**OPERATIONS/PROJECT MANAGEMENT**
+ Configure custom application, built on SAP CRM platform, to meet specific business requirements. This involves configuring and maintaining artist contracts, approval workflows and milestone payments based on specific business requirements .
+ Customize and fine-tune system settings to optimize performance and ensure that the platform aligns with industry practices and company policies.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these requirements into system specifications.
+ Ensure that the configurations support the overall business processes involved in managing artist contract payments .
+ Conduct thorough testing of configured systems to ensure that all functionalities are working as intended.
+ Validate the system setups with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.
+ Ensure seamless integration of the SAP CRM system with other SAP modules and external systems where necessary, enhancing automation across business processes.
+ Work with developers and IT teams to handle any technical challenges in system integration.
**STRATEGY**
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand team needs and dependencies to better align business processes
+ Assist in developing and executing a methodology to evaluate, prioritize and monitor the success of the business processes
+ Accurately and clearly articulate strategic issues and provide relevant, logical options for solving them
+ Create comprehensive and meaningful strategy presentations for senior executives
+ Ability to build a framework and drive development through dynamic business intelligence tools and dashboards for use in ongoing business planning and goal measurement through KPIs
**ANALYTICS**
+ Develop comprehensive performance analysis of business processes and review ways of improvement
+ Actively participate in stakeholder meetings with the goal of understanding all major projects and initiatives planned
Qualifications & Experiences:
+ 2 -4 years of prior experience in a related field (media, entertainment, business development or streaming services industry experience a plus)
+ 2 -4 years of prior experience configuring SAP CRM
+ 1 -4 year supporting corporate financial systems
+ Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
+ Experience developing financial models in Excel AND facilitating business discussions
+ Expert user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to prepare all documents, presentations, graphs, briefings, and worksheets

Role

  • Responsible for the establishment and management of small customer business agreements
  • Ensure through organizational planning the consistent execution of agreements by identifying and working with all required stakeholders
  • Establish mutually quantifiable goals that drive profitability for MasterCard and customers
