World Wide Technology, Inc. currently has an opportunity available for a Quality Assurance Developer on the IT Strategic Enablement (ITSE) team. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to learn the internal operations of WWT's Lead to Order process and improve its efficiency through development of automated test cases covering business processes, simulated user front end interactions, and mechanized back-end API processing. As a member of the team, you will be expected to support our development, test, and production environments. The ideal candidate is creative, results oriented, open to learning, and driven to find individual success by meeting team goals.
While primary office hours are typically 8am to 5pm cst, our Quality Assurance team does support maintenance windows and team releases which require evening and weekend availability on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities:
+ Support delivery teams through automation of manual test cases against WWT custom and Oracle Enterprise Business Suite/Enterprise Resource Planning applications
+ Write and maintain software tests to reduce cost of new features and maintenance
+ Collaborate with software developers, analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and identify potential issues
+ Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve them
+ Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage
+ Contribute to team and organizational success through agile ceremonies, code reviews, chapter meetings, and cross team efforts
+ Perform other tasks as identified by your manager to enable team success
+ Grow into a larger role with WWT through development of your technical skills and business understanding
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent discipline
+ 3-5 years of experience with various technologies such as:
+ Development: JavaScript/Node.js/Vue.js/Angular.js, Java/Spring, Groovy/Grails, Apex/Salesforce
+ QA Framework: Playwright, UI Path
+ Testing: Vite, Ava, Jest, Protractor, Junit

+ This is a hybrid role between QA Automation Engineer, DevOps Engineer and Software Engineer. All three skills sets are required for this position.
+ Implement DevOps solution across multiple delivery teams including CI/CD, test automation, quality gates and source control quality processes.
+ Design and develop testing tools and frameworks for test automation and write test automation for data driven and keyword driven frameworks utilizing Protractor, Playwright, UFT and Shell scripting.

**Quality Assurance Analyst**
The QA Analyst is responsible for maintaining and advancing the quality and consistency of Optiv's client deliverables by owning deliverable template governance, contributing to internal process documentation, and conducting data analysis on consultant writing quality. This role exercises independent judgment and is critical in process improvement initiatives.
**How you'll make an impact**
+ Develop and maintain official Optiv deliverable templates, ensuring alignment with brand, style, and formatting standards.
+ Evaluate consultant writing for fluency, clarity, and grammatical accuracy, flagging systemic quality issues for feedback or escalation.
+ Analyze trends in consultant submission quality (e.g., error types, macro flag frequency) and provide data to support coaching efforts.
+ Maintain SOP documentation for QRM formatting processes and keep materials current and accessible.
+ Serve as subject matter expert on Optiv formatting and style guides across the Services organization.
+ Collaborate with QRM Specialists to support document standardization while maintaining brand integrity.
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Complies with all policies and standards
**What we're looking for**
+ 2-4 years experience in quality assurance, technical writing, or editing roles required.
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including templates, macros, and formatting tools. (Advanced proficiency)
+ Experience creating documentation and style guides. (Advanced proficiency)
+ Strong writing and editing skills with a deep understanding of grammar and tone. (Advanced proficiency)
+ Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to document quality and consultant behavior. (Proficient proficiency)
+ **Licenses and Certifications**
+ MSOS - Microsoft Office Specialist preferred
+ ASQ Certified Quality Improvement Associate (ASQ CQIA) preferred
+ Certified Professional Technical Communicator -STC preferred
+ Lean Six Sigma Certification-IASSC preferred.
+ Its mandatory to support in 2PM to 10PM shift.
