WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
Program Leadership & Delivery
+ Lead end-to-end delivery of digital transformation programs encompassing claims processing, cash collection and supply chain planning capabilities
+ Manage implementation timelines, resource allocation, and stakeholder communications across multiple workstreams
+ Coordinate delivery activities across distributed teams spanning varied skillsets, multiple geographic locations and time zones
+ Ensure program deliverables meet quality standards, budget constraints, and timeline commitments
Platform Management & Integration
+ Oversee the implementation and optimization of Pega-based claims management processes for India
+ Drive HighRadius cash collection platform deployment and process integration for India
+ Manage Kinaxis planning platform implementation and configuration for India
+ Lead migration of multiple existing modules of CRM and enhancement of capabilities within existing CD Tech Stack
+ Lead identification of best destination architecture for financial capabilities of CRM
+ Ensure seamless integration between platforms and legacy systems
Team Leadership & Collaboration
+ Lead by technical understanding and collaborative solutioning across multiple systems
+ Manage and mentor distributed delivery teams including developers, business analysts, and technical specialists
+ Foster collaboration between internal teams, vendor partners, and external consultants
+ Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and technology partners
Digital Transformation Strategy
+ Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
+ Drive adoption of best practices in agile delivery methodologies
+ Champion change management initiatives to ensure successful user adoption
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Technology, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in program/project management roles within technology delivery
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale platform implementations (preferably in financial services, insurance, or similar industries)
+ Proven track record of leading distributed teams across multiple locations and time zones
+ Demonstrated experience in digital transformation programs with measurable business outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
+ Professional certifications in project management (PMP, Prince2) or agile methodologies
+ Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
+ Experience with cloud-based platform implementations and migrations
+ Background in business process reengineering and optimization
Skills
Technical Knowledge
+ Working knowledge of Pega or SAP CRM platform capabilities and implementation approaches
+ Familiarity with HighRadius or similar cash collection/financial process automation tools
+ Experience with Kinaxis or comparable supply chain planning platforms
+ Understanding of modern technology stacks and integration patterns
